萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優(yōu)異，在現代工業(yè)領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節(jié)聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

GL滾子鏈聯軸器利用共用鏈條將兩個帶鏈齒的半聯嚙合聯接，從而傳遞扭矩的聯軸器，結構簡單，裝拆方便，安裝精度要求低，有一定的補償能力。

滾子鏈聯軸器是利用公用的鏈條，同時與兩個齒數相同的并列鏈輪嚙合。不同結構型式的滾子鏈聯軸器主要區(qū)別是采用不同的鏈條，常見的有雙排滾子鏈聯軸器、單排滾子鏈聯軸器、齒形鏈聯軸器、尼龍鏈聯軸器等。

滾子鏈條聯軸器具有結構簡單(四個件組成)、裝拆方便、拆卸時不用移動被聯接的兩軸、尺寸緊湊、質量輕、有一定補償能力、對安裝精度要求不高、工作可靠、壽命較長、成本較低等優(yōu)點，滾子鏈聯軸器應在良好的潤滑并有防護罩的條件下工作。

鏈條聯軸器可用于紡織、農機、起重運輸、工程、礦山、輕工、化工等機械的軸系傳動。適用于高溫、潮濕和多塵工況環(huán)境，不適用于高速、有劇烈沖擊載荷和傳遞軸向力的場合，鏈條聯軸器應在良好的潤滑并有防護罩的條件下工作。
