鼓型齒式聯(lián)軸器是一種特別設(shè)計(jì)的先進(jìn)齒式聯(lián)軸器，其外齒制成球面，球面的中心在齒輪的軸線上，齒側(cè)的間隙比一般產(chǎn)品稍大，鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器可以傳遞較大的扭矩和允許較大的角位移，性能優(yōu)異且壽命更加長(zhǎng)久。

蛇形彈簧聯(lián)軸器是一種結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)的金屬聯(lián)軸器，它靠蛇形彈簧片來傳遞扭矩，蛇形彈簧聯(lián)軸器是軸聯(lián)接傳動(dòng)部件，也是一種非常通用的軸聯(lián)接傳動(dòng)部件。蛇簧聯(lián)軸器承受扭矩較大，適用于重型機(jī)械及通用機(jī)械場(chǎng)合。這種經(jīng)過特殊工藝處的蛇形彈簧，具有很長(zhǎng)的使用壽命　允許轉(zhuǎn)速較高，在軸向、徑向和角向具有良好的補(bǔ)償能力。結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單；拆裝方便，使用壽命長(zhǎng)；減振效果好，避免了共振。

蛇簧聯(lián)軸器其主要結(jié)構(gòu)是由兩個(gè)半聯(lián)軸節(jié)，兩個(gè)半外罩，兩個(gè)密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯(lián)軸節(jié)的齒槽內(nèi)來傳遞扭矩，聯(lián)軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個(gè)半聯(lián)軸節(jié)的齒槽內(nèi)，來實(shí)現(xiàn)主動(dòng)軸與從動(dòng)軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯(lián)軸器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，是靠主動(dòng)端齒面對(duì)蛇簧的軸向作用力帶動(dòng)從動(dòng)端，來傳遞扭矩，如此在很大程度上避免了共振現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，且簧片在傳遞扭矩時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的彈性變量，使機(jī)械系統(tǒng)能獲得較好的減振效果，其平均減振率達(dá)36%以上。
